Purpose & ownership
A tool for
thinking it through.
Context Harness helps you describe an AI agent’s information, action boundaries, failure behavior, and handoff before implementation.
By LockedIn Labs
This is a public resource from LockedIn Labs, an AI consulting and implementation company. The field notes are written by Sam M. Sweilem. It is distinct from the company’s training, assessment, methodology, and private product environments.
What the checks mean
The ten visible checks are deterministic rules about the brief. They flag missing descriptions, unstated access, refresh rules, untrusted material in the initial context, and absent evaluation or handoff details. Expand any check to inspect its rule. A recorded item is not an approved implementation, a model benchmark, a verified permission, or a security certification.
How your draft stays local
The builder processes edits in your browser. It makes no model requests, has no server submission, uses no analytics, and does not save your draft to browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page discards it. Download or copy the brief if you want to keep it. Downloaded files and clipboard contents are then under your control.
The hosting provider still handles ordinary page requests. Do not put credentials, personal records, or private customer material in a planning brief. Use source names, synthetic examples, and access descriptions instead. Opening an external reference takes you to that site’s own service and privacy practices.
Sources and maintenance
Guides cite primary material and distinguish it from the author’s proposals. Publication and review dates are visible. This first edition was prepared on September 9, 2026. The browser tool uses brief schema version 1.0. For a correction or an implementation discussion, use the LockedIn Labs contact page.
